• Bluetooth-based workforce tracking
• Monitoring and reporting dashboards
• Industrial safety compliance systems
• Cloud-based and on-premise software solutions

Services may be delivered via web platforms, mobile applications, hardware integrations, or cloud infrastructure.

3. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are authorised to act on behalf of your organisation (if applicable).
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You will not misuse or attempt unauthorised access to the platform.

4. Account Registration & Security

Certain services require account creation.

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Notify us immediately of unauthorised access

The Company is not liable for losses arising from compromised credentials due to user negligence.

5. Client Responsibilities

Organisations deploying BluKard or related monitoring systems agree to:

• Inform employees about attendance, monitoring, and tracking features
• Obtain necessary employee consent where legally required
• Use the system in compliance with labor laws and data protection regulations
• Configure access rights responsibly

The Company acts as a technology service provider and does not assume responsibility for internal HR policy compliance.

6. Acceptable Use

Users shall not:

• Reverse engineer or modify the software
• Attempt to bypass security mechanisms
• Use the system for unlawful surveillance
• Upload malicious software or harmful data
• Interfere with service integrity

Violation may result in suspension or termination of services.

7. Fees & Payments

All fees, subscriptions, and commercial terms are governed by separate signed proposals or agreements.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, logos, documentation, and technology—including BluKard—are the intellectual property of M/s Microhash Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

No license or ownership rights are transferred except as expressly stated in a written agreement.

9. Data & Privacy

Use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy.

We implement reasonable security measures; however, no digital platform can guarantee absolute security.

Clients are responsible for lawful data collection and employee notifications.

10. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable and uninterrupted services. However:

• Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary downtime
• External factors (network failures, hardware issues) may impact availability
• We may modify or update features periodically

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for losses due to improper configuration or misuse
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the service during the preceding twelve (12) months

12. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless M/s Microhash Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from claims arising due to:

• Unlawful deployment of monitoring systems
• Violation of employee privacy laws
• Misuse of the platform

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• These Terms are violated
• Payments are overdue
• Fraudulent or illegal activities are detected

Upon termination, access to services may be disabled.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be published with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
