Blu Kard is a Bluetooth-based Smart Card Security and Attendance System designed for schools, colleges, and corporate campuses. It provides real-time tracking, automated attendance, access control, and emergency alert capabilities through wearable smart devices and a centralized cloud dashboard.
Blu Kard uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) wearable smart cards assigned to students and staff. When a person enters campus, access points detect the smart card, attendance is automatically recorded, and movement within campus is monitored (if required). Data is securely stored in the cloud, generating real-time alerts and reports with no manual entry or scanning required.
Yes. Blu Kard uses low-energy Bluetooth technology, which is safe and widely used in smartwatches and fitness bands. The system does not emit harmful radiation and is completely non-intrusive.
Blu Kard tracks students inside campus premises, inside school buses, and during school picnics or authorized outdoor events (when mobile units are enabled). It does not function as a public GPS tracking device.
Attendance is recorded automatically when a student or staff member walks through the school gate or enters a monitored access point. The system captures entry time, exit time, late arrival, and early departure. Reports can be generated daily, monthly, or customized.
Yes. The system can restrict access to labs, admin areas, or secure zones, trigger alerts when someone enters a restricted area, send warnings based on time restrictions, and generate color-coded alerts (boys/girls/staff/visitors).
Blu Kard includes a Panic Switch feature. If activated, an instant alert is sent to the monitoring system, admins receive a real-time notification, and an emergency response can be initiated immediately.
Yes. Special Authorised Parent Smart Cards can be issued. Only registered parents or guardians will be allowed to pick up children, ensuring complete security.
Yes. Blu Kard can monitor entry and exit from buses, track students onboard, alert if a child exits outside designated stops, and provide real-time bus safety monitoring.
